The Publication Series

The Publication Series was first established to make available to a broader audience papers and presentations made during FICHL in-depth seminars and other suitable texts. Texts not presented at FICHL seminars which are considered particularly valuable to the international criminal justice, transitional justice or general international law discourses may also be published in the Series. Unsolicited texts will be subjected to peer review. The publications are made freely available as PDF files through this web page which uses PURL (Persistent URLs), ensuring that the unique URL of each book will not be changed. The Torkel Opsahl Academic EPublisher (TOAEP) publishes the volumes in the Publication Series. It seeks to provide quality publications by using an open, Internet-based publication platform accessible to all, including those in materially less resourceful countries.
