The Policy Brief Series

The Policy Brief Series contains suitable short texts with a clear policy orientation. Such texts cannot exceed 17,500 characters with spaces. Texts will normally be published pursuant to an invitation to the author, but others are welcome to make submissions that meet the criteria. Unsolicited texts will be submitted to peer review. A Policy Brief may be published relatively soon after the decision to publish has been made. Each Policy Brief has an unique ISBN. The URL of each number in the Series is persistent and will not be changed (PURL). The announcement of new publications in the Series normally reaches more than 6,000 institutions and individuals in the field.
